* 2/3 cup pitted dates

* 1/4 cup peanuts

* 2 cups old fashioned oats

* 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

* 1/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

* 1/4 cup all-natural peanut butter

* Water

* 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

* 1 1/2 tsp coconut oil

« Line a 9x9 pan with parchment paper.

« Finely chop dates or pulse up in a food processor.

« Place peanuts, oats, protein powder, coconut, peanut butter, and some water in food processor. Mine is small, so I had to do this step in batches.

« Blend everything together, adding water as needed until it forms a sticky mixture.

« Press your mixture into the pan.

« Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in microwave or on stove top (either way make sure to stir often).

« Spread the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter mix and smooth out evenly. Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight. Then cut up and enjoy
