* 1 lb ground chicken
* white onion, chopped
* celery, chopped
* carrots, chopped
* can diced tomatoes
* can of corn
* can of red kidney beans
* can of black beans
* organic chicken broth (couple cups)
* jar of vegetable primavera (I got one from superstore and the only ingredients in it were veggies!)
* seasonings (garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cumin, chipotle powder, S&P)
« Brown the chicken with the onion until chicken is cooked.
« Add all ingredients to slow cooker.
« Mix well.
« I cooked on low for about 6 hours or so, but my slow cooker seems to cook things fast
