Clean Eating Grocery List

This list isn't the ONLY foods you should aim for while focusing on eating healthy, but it's a good start. And NO, you don't have to get everything on the list either. These are just ideas of what you can begin with and work into your diet.
I always recommend to start by picking out the foods you know you already like. Then begin making more meals that are focused around those foods. As you get used to that, start incorporating more foods that you haven't tried OR thought you didn't like previously ... (you'd be surprised how your taste buds can change!). Start experimenting with new foods and flavors. The possibilities are endless!
