Maple Glazed Salmon


Salmon, brown rice, and veggies!

Salmon:

soy sauce (maybe 1/2 cup?)

pure maple syrup (Tbsp or so)

fresh garlic fresh ginger

Mix ingredients together and pour all over salmon. I use frozen fillets. Let them marinate for a little bit, then bake in oven as directed on package (time will depend on fresh or frozen). Use parchment paper on your baking sheet to prevent sticking OR bake in a glass casserole dish. Veggies:

chicken broth

oyster sauce

fresh garlic

pepper

-Lots of high sodium ingredients. Be sure to use the reduced sodium varieties!
