The exercises in this program are mainly basic body building style exercises. Workout lengths range from 30-60 minutes, 6 days a week.
By adjusting your weights to suit your personal fitness level, this program can be effective for both beginner to advanced levels of fitness.
Equipment Required: at least a heavy and light set of dumbbells (you may find a variety of dumbbells to be more benficial though), a bench or stability ball.
