Brass Tacks - to cut to the chase and get down to business. 


Brass Tacks is a beginner to intermediate program. This program focuses on basic body building style movements. Depending on your diet (calorie deficit or calorie surplus) it can help you either lean out and retain muscle for that beautiful defined look, or help you add muscle mass. All while of course increasing strength.


This bundled package includes macro information, sample meal plans, and food lists. 


Equipment Required:

-AT LEAST a light and heavy set of dumbbells. A variety will be the most beneficial

-a stability ball

-a bench, chair, sturdy stool, or even a set of steps


Workouts are about 30-45 minutes long, 5 days a week.



-6 week, self guided workout program

-exercise list with video form

-two sample, macro specific meal plans with meals broken down into amount of ingredients and recipes

-lists of foods categorized into macros

-information on what macros are, how to calculate your daily caloric expenditure and sample macro ratios
