I created this short guide as a way to introduce you to workouts specific to certain body parts, examples of how you can split up your week in terms of muscle focus, and a couple different examples of how to set up your workouts. 

The main thing to remember: it's going to depend on what you can adhere to. Experiment, have fun, and discover what you enjoy!

Calories in vs calories out isn't the only important consideration when focusing on weight loss, but it DOES matter. Consuming less calories than you body uses in a day is how weight loss happens.
