These files are available to download for free. To download the file you want, click on it to open the file. Then select the download button.
On your computer the download button is usually the arrow pointing down, found in the top right corner of your screen. On your iphone it will be the arrow pointing up with the box around it, found at the bottom of your screen. Make sure to save the file somewhere you can find it and access it easily. I like to save these kinds of documents to my Books on my phone.
