CLASSES

Bootcamp

Bootcamp classes are held monthly (numbers permitting). Classes are about 34- 45 minutes in length and include a warm up, workout, and stretching. Classes are a mix of weight training and bodyweight exercises designed to get your heart pumping and your muscles burning. You will want to bring water and clean workout shoes to class.

Different fitness levels are welcome. There are modifications for each exercise. Be aware, there is lots of moving around, getting up and down, jumping and even running (in the summer). If you are interested in attending class but require certain modifications (or are brand new to fitness), this can be arranged to meet your needs and fitness level.

**MAX 4 people for fall/winter classes. Please register ahead of time to ensure your spot**

Always check with your medical professional before starting new classes such as this. Be aware of your own limitations and always listen to your body.

All classes are paid in full by 4 week blocks. Refunds are not issued for missing a class.
